Gregory is a managing principal with PRM. He is the Federal, State, and local government consulting practice leader. He has over 20 years of experience leading, directing, and delivering services for complex and large-scale transformation efforts. Davis has consulting experience in the US and globally. He has distinction in the design of talent and executive search solutions. He brings a great deal of quality, passion, and energy to the human capital engagement experience. The feedback I receive from clients serves as an impetus towards the delivery of culture and organization change engagements. In many of my client engagements, the feedback from clients is often described as being “perfect”, and “aiding in exceeding objectives very well.” Prior to joining PRM, Davis served in various roles including CEO for the Washington, DC Chamber of Commerce. He is a former director at the National Association of Manufacturers and served in various leadership positions with Northrop Grumman, Eli Lilly, Dun & Bradstreet. Davis is a graduate of Howard University and has completed graduate studies at George Washington University and Carnegie Mellon University. He has been honored for his contributions, receiving INC Magazine’s Outstanding Judges Award, Washington Hospital Center Award, Dun & Bradstreet Award and Northrop Grumman awards. He is a former Board member of Beauvoir, DC Lottery and Howard University Alumni Board of DC. He served on several panels related to appointments to the United States District Courts. He was appointed to the Civil Justice Advisory Commission by former President of the United States.
