My name is Anntoinette Williams, PhD, and I serve as Assistant Director with the City of Savannah’s Department of Human Services, where I provide executive leadership for citywide initiatives focused on leadership development, workforce readiness, civic engagement, organizational capacity building and well-being.
I am the architect of the Community Advancement Leadership Institute, a municipal learning and development framework designed to strengthen leadership pipelines, align talent development with organizational priorities, and deliver measurable community outcomes. My work focuses on performance management, succession planning, and cross-departmental collaboration within complex public-sector systems.
I am also a five-time author. In my spare time, I enjoy nature and photography, pursuits that fuel reflection, creativity, and balance in my leadership approach.
I am honored to connect with the National Forum for Black Public Administrators and look forward to engaging with this distinguished network of public service leaders. I welcome opportunities to collaborate, contribute, and advance excellence in public administration.
