My career has centered around securing, managing, and optimizing million-dollar portfolios of federal, state, and private funding. I’ve led strategic initiatives across education, workforce development, and health equity sectors, with a strong emphasis on compliance, performance measurement, and community impact. Most recently, I served as a Grants Manager for a local government, where I oversee the funding, integrated auditing practices, and lead interdepartmental collaborations to enhance program sustainability.
