As the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer/Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA), I am responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the municipality, in addition to other expectations: preparation, monitoring, and execution of the municipal budget; administering the procurement and contracting process, technical advisor to the Governing Body on overall governmental operations; public relations; and operating the Township with a professional understanding of how all municipal functions operate together to their most efficient and effective way to the benefit of the residents, businesses and visitors. In addition, I serve as the Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) for Fire District 1 in the Township of Ocean and the Borough of Matawan.
