Gloria Willson is an information and public health professional with more than two decades of experience in government, academia, and healthcare leadership. With master’s degrees in Library and Information Science and Public Health, she integrates evidence, data literacy, and research capacity-building to advance equitable access to knowledge and strengthen public-sector decision-making.
 
She leads initiatives that promote the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence in research and education, empowering professionals to leverage emerging technologies for the public good. Gloria serves on the Programs Committee as Director of Scholarships for the Lambda Theta Alpha Foundation, whose mission is to advance educational access and enrich our communities through education and natural disaster preparedness and relief.
 
Her published research explores health literacy, evidence synthesis, research ethics, and AI in scholarly communication. A dedicated mentor and advocate for inclusion and lifelong learning, Gloria exemplifies the mission of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators—advancing Black leadership, knowledge equity, and excellence in public service.
